About

Our mission is to empower young athletes to be the best versions of themselves, one day at a time. The goal is to inspire each athlete to build discipline every day, train persistence, and chase their full potential - by improving their physical speed and strength, mental and emotional athleticism, leadership qualities, and the power of believing in themselves. Positive coaching, encouragement, and structure breeds a hunger in athletes to be better, to run faster, to be stronger.

We train with purpose. We train to inspire. We train to compete. Former athletes training future athletes.

In our lacrosse training, we separate ourselves from the rest. By combining our performance training knowledge, extensive lacrosse experience - from officiating, coaching, and playing, we not only teach the skills but maximize them with proper technique. It doesn’t matter when you started playing, gaps in experience quickly diminish with effort and determination.
