Advanced Classes
Sat & Sun, 10am - 11:30am
Capped at 12 people, advanced classes are designed to enhance players’ agility, speed, and strategic movement on the field. Intermediate/Advanced stick skills are required. Schedule rotates between dodges, shooting workshop, defense positioning, and more.
Small Group Training
Sat & Sun, 1pm -2pm or 3pm-4pm
Small group dynamic creates a more competitive environment. Athletes are normally paired based on common needs or training focus. Usually 2-4 players, most commonly paired based on common training age or goals (you may also form your own group).
Quick Stick League
Sat & Sun, 12pm-1pm
Just looking for some fast paced gameplay? Put together a team of 4 or sign up as an individual! Any level of play is welcome from Middle School to Post-Collegiate, we treat it like pick up basketball- BUT lacrosse. Each “league” time block consists of three 20 min games with 1 minute shot clock. King of the court style game play, short half court fields. Goalies play for free, (if we have two goalies for the hour - we will play short field with 2 goals, if only one goalie - we will play short field with 1 goal and half court rules).
One-on-One
Sat & Sun, 9am-10am or 4pm-5pm
For those who need our most customized program based on individual needs or working around previous injuries/limitations. This training option is normally recommended for a player who may be working toward a specific goal or prefers to train in a smaller setting.
College Elevate 2024
